We provide Free Shipping locally and internationally on all purchases! You will be provided a tracking number once your item is shipped out.

Your items will be shipped to you 2 - 14 days from the date of purchase. This depends on the jewelry item and the amount of customization work (if any) needed before shipping.

All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

For returns, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and inform us of your intent to return an item. An item is eligible for a return if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging. All associated shipping costs for returning your item will be your responsibility. These shipping costs are non refundable.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will notify you via email and refund you the purchase cost. In certain cases we may deduct
the shipping cost to you from your refund.

For cancellations, contact us within 2 days of placing your order
and we will cease shipment and refund you.
